who are you and what are you doing here?

you wake up in a room that looks like a basement, there is blood end scribbles on the walls, you spot some clawmarks. What is going on here? Where are you? 
You open a door and suddenly feel watched, you try to go back but you cannot. You keep going, there are multiple doors, you try your luck and pick one. Suddenly everything is dark and gloomy. What is going on here? Where are you?

Gameplay:

Loneleal is a first person exploration game, you find different items and paths and explore the strange world you woke up in. Different items allow you to move walls or open them up or reveal secrets. Each door is a one way, so you cant go back.
Explore the world and figure out what happened.
